Grisly Discovery in Bradley Adam Dimmick's San Antonio Home: Cops find decapitated body with ‘intestines extruding’ in living room, head in bathtub, reports say

In a chilling incident that unfolded in San Antonio, Texas, law enforcement officers made a disturbing discovery. They stumbled upon a gruesome scene, finding a decapitated body in a home's living room, and the severed head placed in the bathtub, as reported by various media outlets.

According to information from an arrest affidavit cited by a local CBS affiliate, the San Antonio police received a call around 10:15 p.m. on a Friday regarding a suspicious individual who had been observed peering into parked vehicles. When the officers arrived at the scene, they approached the man in question, later identified as 35-year-old Bradley Adam Dimmick.

In a shocking revelation, Dimmick reportedly confessed, stating, "I just killed somebody."

He claimed to have taken the life of an individual named "Dimmick" at a residence approximately one mile away. Acting on this information, the police immediately proceeded to the mentioned address. As they entered the home, they were met with a gruesome sight. Bloodstains were evident right inside the front door, indicating a gruesome incident had occurred.

Upon further investigation, officers discovered the lifeless body of a man in the living room, shockingly decapitated. The victim, identified as 65-year-old Keith Dimmick, had suffered a severe stomach wound, with his intestines exposed, according to the affidavit. Tragically, a dog in the house had also suffered similar injuries, further adding to the horror of the scene.

A trail of dried blood led the investigators to the bathroom, where they discovered the severed head. The house was equipped with surveillance cameras, including one that was pointed directly at the body of Keith Dimmick.

Although the exact timing of the homicide remains unclear to the police, they noted in the affidavit that there were missed notifications on Keith Dimmick's cell phone dating back to 9:19 a.m. on October 13.

Detectives did not establish the relationship between the individuals named Dimmick, but the address listed in the affidavit was the site of this gruesome act.

Based on court records, Bradley Dimmick is now facing first-degree murder and animal cruelty charges. He is currently being held at the Bexar County Jail on a bond of $1.5 million.
