Marcus Rashford's Brother, Dane, Faces Legal Woes in Miami Battery Arrest

Dane Rashford, soccer agent and sibling of Marcus Rashford, got nabbed in Miami on charges of battery, as per Mail Online's report on October 20 in Miami Beach. His bail stands at $1,500.

The arrest on October 24 led to a misdemeanor battery charge, specified as domestic violence, per The Telegraph. Dane, aged 31, serves as a director at DN May Sports Management, listing Rashford as a client, although direct management of the forward falls to another brother, Dwaine Maynard.

Dane, now out of jail, faces a November 27 court hearing in Miami. Chantelle Maynard, a week post-arrest, settled his bond, and he received a pre-trial 'stay-away' order, barring contact with the alleged victim.

Miami-Dade County police records show Dane's bond payment by Chantelle Maynard a week after his arrest, along with a pre-trial 'stay-away' order preventing contact with the alleged victim.

Daysi Vega-Mendez, the assistant state prosecutor for Miami-Dade County, expressed uncertainty about Dane's current location. They mentioned the ongoing nature of the case and difficulty reaching the victim, with efforts to contact the UK Embassy for permission to speak with them.

The arrest news surfaced shortly after Manchester United's 4-3 loss to Copenhagen in the Champions League, where Marcus Rashford received a red card in the first half for a high-footed challenge while shielding the ball.
