Perth Shooting Update: Perth Shooting Incident Prompts Locals to Lock Doors as Police Apprehend Suspect


In a recent incident near Perth, Australia, a man was apprehended after a shooting that prompted local residents to stay indoors and secure their homes. Inspector Vic Hussey reported that on a Saturday morning in Wooroloo, police discovered a man with a gunshot wound to his head. 


Additional reports indicated that several individuals in the vicinity fled into nearby bushland.

Paramedics provided immediate care to the injured man on-site before airlifting him to Royal Perth Hospital. As a precaution, residents were advised to remain indoors and lock their doors. 

Although police confirmed the arrest of a man, they refrained from disclosing any charges at this time.

Authorities are actively investigating whether other individuals were involved in the incident, but they assure the public that the whereabouts of the missing individuals no longer pose an immediate threat to public safety. 


Inspector Hussey emphasized that there is currently no discernible danger to the community from these individuals.
