French movie star Alain Delon, known for films like "The Samurai" and "Purple Noon," recently had his home searched by police. They took away 72 guns because they say he didn't have the right paperwork to own them.
The 88-year-old actor lives in a rural area in France. Police also found and took away thousands of bullets and a shooting range on his property.
Delon hasn't been in many movies lately and has been dealing with family issues since a stroke in 2019.

A judge recently put him under legal protection, meaning he can't make certain important decisions on his own.
His son, Anthony, is upset that his sister didn't tell them about their father's health problems. He hopes the legal protection will stop lawyers and others from talking about Delon's illness in public.
