Details emerged that Galván, aged 35, and López, aged 34, had shared a romantic relationship, which had come to an end in August. However, Galván struggled to cope with the breakup, persistently harassing López to the point where she intended to report him.
Surprisingly, law enforcement authorities confirmed they had received no prior complaints regarding his behavior. Tragically, it was on the very day of her untimely demise that López had planned to file a formal complaint.
She had informed Galván that she was at work, only for him to arrive minutes later. Regrettably, Galván employed his service pistol to commit this heinous act.
An autopsy will be conducted on López to determine the extent of the injuries inflicted by Galván. Meanwhile, Galván remains in intensive care at the hospital.
