Molly Elisabeth Duncan: Ohio Nanny Accused of Producing, Distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material Of Toddler's In Her Care
In Beachwood, Ohio, a 25-year-old nanny, Molly Elisabeth Duncan, has been arrested.
She is charged with producing and distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), as per the official press release.
Federal investigators allege that Duncan, who worked as a nanny for two toddler-aged girls, recorded herself sexually abusing them and sent the videos to others via Snapchat.
This chilling true crime case, which came to light in March 2025, involves some of the most horrific allegations of child exploitation in recent history.
How did Molly Duncan's Crimes Come To Light?
On March 25, 2025, a Snapchat user with the username molly0303 sent 15 files of child pornography, including videos and images, to another user on the app.
The arrest affidavit, which was sighted by a YouTuber named Plunder, described two of the videos that were shared, and the details are so disturbing.
"Video one, is a ten second video file depicting a prevescent minor, toddler aged female lying on what appears to be a carpeted floor with a pink fuzzy," said the arrest affidavit.
"A hand is shown on the right side of the video holding a pink electric toothbrush over and into the toddler's genitals. The pink electric toothbrush is being used to rub the toddler's age vagina. The toddler age female can be heard in the video whimpering. It appears that a blue heart demon shaped butt plug is inserted into the toddler's an#s," according to the affidavit.
"Video two is a nine second video file depicting a prevescent minor, and an adult age female laying on what appears to be a changing table. The toddler aged female is depicted in a pink shirt with no pants on and exposed genitals. A blonde adult female is shown performing oral sex on the toddler aged female," according to the affidavit.
After Snapchat detected the disturbing files, they deleted the account, and reported the videos to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), who then alerted law enforcement.
Detectives from the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force in Cleveland quickly started an investigation after the local police department was notified.
After an extesive investigation, they traced the digital trail of the uploaded files to Molly Duncan’s home address in Beachwood, Ohio.
Authorities obtained and executed a federal search warrant for Duncan's residence, where they seized multiple digital devices including cell phones, computers, and external storage drives.
During the execution of the search warrant, Duncan was taken into custody.

More Disturbing Messages Recovered By Detectives
During her interrogation, Molly Duncan admitted that she created and sent the videos using her Snapchat account, as per the affidavit.
Duncan also allegedly confessed that she sexually abused two young girls—one in Chardon, Ohio, and another in Kent, Ohio—while working as their nanny.
Shockingly, she recorded videos of the abuse which took place inside the home of the victims where she worked.
A forensic examination of Molly Duncan's devices reportedly uncovered additional evidence, including messages she shared with a 37-year-old man she called "Daddy".
In the damning messages, Duncan allegedly discussed plans to groom and sexually abuse her own children when she gives birth.
According to the affidavit, some of the most disturbing messages found include:
- "We plan to introduce our girls to oral by 8-12 months, blowjobs by 2-3, anal by 3-4, and v-sex by 5-6."
- "She will not have a choice. Unless sick or hurt, she will always accept daddy’s massive c#ck with a smile on her face by age five to six."
These messages, along with the recovered child sex abuse material, formed a critical part of the evidence against her.

Where The Case Stands Legally
According to the federal indictment from the department of Justice, Duncan faces four charges:
- Two counts of sexual exploitation of children (for producing abuse material involving two minors)
- One count of distributing child pornography (for sending the videos via Snapchat)
- One count of possession of child sexual abuse material
Authorities are alleging that Molly Elisabeth Duncan's crimes occurred between March 2024 - March, 2025.
"This is one of the most egregious cases of child exploitation we’ve seen in Ohio. The deliberate production and distribution of these materials show a calculated intent to harm children," — Spokesperson, Ohio ICAC Task Force.
As of May 2025, Duncan remains in federal custody awaiting trial.
If convicted, she faces 15 to 30 years for sexual exploitation of children, and 5 to 20 years for distribution of child pornography.
Her defense attorney has declined to comment on the case, as per official documents.
Meanwhile, authorities are still investigating whether others were involved in the abuse or distribution network.
