Anna Grace Layher: Bealeton Woman Sentenced to 90 Years For Creating Child P#rn, Then Sending Them To Her Boyfriend
A Fauquier County woman will most likely spend the rest of her life in prison for unspeakable crimes against children.
On September 15, 2025, a judge in the Fauquier County Circuit Court handed down a lengthy sentence to 28-year-old Anna Grace Layher of Bealeton, Virginia.
She was found guilty of rape of a child under 13 years of age and object sexual penetration of a child under 13 years of age.
According to police reports, the crimes took place between 2023 and 2024.
Investigators say that Layher produced sexually explicit videos and images of two young children, ages 6 and 3, who were her family members.
Tragically, she didn't just create this disturbing material; she also sent it to her then-boyfriend, Davey Jonathan Sisk, who was 29 and living in Culpeper at the time.
In October 2024, Sisk was sentenced in a federal court to 40 years in prison for his role in sexually exploiting a child and receiving child pornography.

In total, Anna Grace Layher is facing 90 years behind bars, as per police reports.
Upon any release, she will be required to register as a sex offender and will be on lifetime supervised probation.
The court also put a lifetime protective order in place, meaning she can never have any contact with her victims again.
The sentence also ensures that the community, and most importantly the victims, are protected from Anna Grace Layher forever.
