A well-known local car influencer in Montgomery County, Texas faces first-degree felony charges following the discovery of a video showing the sexual assault of a two-year-old child.
Victor L. Corey Paillet III, 40, who goes by the social media handle “Kandy Red Bread,” was arrested and jailed without bond. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) is now investigating whether there may be additional victims.
Paillet, was known online for posting videos about customizing cars with Houston-specific modifications, and he had built a following of more than 62,000 people on Instagram.
That public persona shattered on Jan. 16, 2026, when deputies were called to a home in Porter, Texas, to investigate a reported sexual assault of a child.
According to the victim’s mother, who spoke to local outlets but asked not to be named to protect her child’s identity, Paillet was her boyfriend. She told KPRC 2 she had never gone through his phone before, but on that day, a feeling prompted her to look.
“I just feel something’s not right,” she recounted. What she found was devastating: video of the assault involving her two-year-old daughter.
“I just keep seeing that video over and over in my head,” the mother told ABC13. “I literally haven't been able to sleep. I've just been crying so much lately.”
She immediately called the police and the case was immediately turned over to the Special Victims Unit. Detectives said they obtained video evidence from a cell phone that depicted the assault of the toddler. Paillet was identified as the suspect and arrested shortly after.

Paillet was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on Jan. 17, 2026 and jail records show he is being held with no bond. He is charged with promotion of child pornography and aggravated sexual assault of a child, both first-degree felonies.
Shortly after his arrest, jail officials placed Paillet on a “modified safety watch,” a step taken when an inmate is believed to be at risk of self-harm.
The mother and child are now grappling with severe trauma. “We can't go back to that house where the trauma happened,” the mother said. She described a profound change in her daughter since the assault saying “She's just been crying so much lately, and we both do need to seek therapy. She's just a baby — why would you do this to a baby? How can you do this to her? How can you do this to me?”
The sheriff’s office stated that, based on the investigation, detectives believe there may be additional victims. They are urging anyone with information about Paillet or related offenses to come forward. Tips can be reported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, referencing case number 26A017864.
