French Football player, Wissam Ben Yedder, is facing some serious legal trouble. He's been accused of 'rape, attempted rape, and sexual assault'.
One of the assault incidents allegedly happened on the Cote d'Azur, a fancy area in France, just last month.
The prosecutors in charge of the case in Nice, France, held a press briefing and updated everyone about the case.
Ben Yedder has been placed on judicial supervision while the accusations are is being looked into. He also had to pay 900,000 euros (around £776,000) for his bail.
Back in July, newsmen confirmed that two young women, aged 19 and 20, reported that they had been sexually assaulted by both Ben Yedder and his younger brother.
It was reported that the two women were made to do things they didn't want to do after a night out with Ben Yedder and his brother.
His younger brother has also been indicted on the same charges.
Wissam Ben Yedder used to play for France's national football team and he's played in about 19 games.
He's also played for teams like Toulouse and Sevilla, and he's scored almost 100 goals for Monaco since he joined them in 2019.
Even though all this is happening, Ben Yedder still went to practice with his team Monaco on Friday. They're getting ready for the start of their season in Ligue 1.
In April, he faced a conviction for tax fraud while he played at Sevilla, resulting in a six-month suspended prison sentence and a fine of 133,798 euros (£115,415).
In another news, a teenager charged with the murder of a gay dancer has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
