Mother's Life Lost in Violent Argument as Daughter Listens in Horror

A man tragically took his wife's life during a heated argument that turned violent while their 10-year-old daughter was just nearby.

Richard Gray III, aged 39, is facing charges including first-degree murder for the incident involving his wife, Sheray Gray, aged 31, who passed away on the scene.

The incident happened on August 5, around 12:40 a.m, when officers were called to the 10000 block of Wisteria Way in response to a "domestic disturbance."

According to court documents, a witness present in the house overheard the couple arguing in the second-floor bedroom's bathroom, after they returned home from dinner.

Although he was unsure about the cause of the argument, he mentioned that Sheray Gray had been dating someone else for over a year.

After about 20 minutes when they went upstairs, a loud noise was heard.

This witness went upstairs, tried to enter the bathroom, but Richard Gray refused to open the door.

When officers arrived, they found Sheray Gray seated on the floor, slumped over. Although there were no evident signs of physical injury on her body, they noticed petechia on her eyes.

The authorities reported that the couple's 10-year-old daughter was present upstairs during the incident. She recounted that she heard her parents return home and enter the upstairs bedroom.

According to court documents, her father pushed her mother into the bathroom, causing her to fall back and hit the toilet.

Richard Gray then entered the bathroom and closed the door. The daughter heard more loud noises, and her mother's screams and cries followed.

In another news, a woman tried to burn her 3 children alive because she had a fight with their dad. See details here.
