Virginia Woman Arrested For Allegedly Sexually Assaulting Twin Teenage Boys

In Virginia, USA, a 37-year-old mother named Ashleigh Watts has been accused of indecency this week.

The incident involves her being found naked with a 15-year-old boy who was previously missing. Additionally, she faces allegations of abusing this boy's twin brother.

The initial events unfolded when law enforcement visited Ashleigh Watts' residence in Chesapeake, Virginia in July while searching for the missing teenager. She requested that the officers wait outside briefly as she put on a bra and attended to her dogs.

Subsequently, Watts returned to the door with her dogs still inside the house, allowing the officers to enter.

According to court records from Law & Crime, the officers discovered a white male juvenile, only wearing boxer briefs, hiding in a small space as they removed the mattress in an upstairs bedroom.

When questioned, the juvenile identified himself as the runaway boy and presented his Learner's Permit.

Initially, Watts faced charges related to contributing to the delinquency of a minor. However, the charges were later amended to include three counts of indecency with a minor, reflecting the abusive relationship she allegedly had with the teenagers.

The court documents indicate that the twins resided across the street and were friends with Watts' son, who was of similar age.

Watts is believed to have initiated a predatory relationship with the brothers over a year before her arrest.

An investigation into Watts began following an anonymous report in February alleging a sexual relationship between her and the boys.

Another incident in the same month involved Watts' husband finding her topless on the couch alongside one of the teenage boys, who appeared to be asleep. Later, the teenage boy explained to his parents that he had gone to Watts' home to smoke marijuana and had drifted asleep on the couch.

Although the families were close and had an open-door policy between their homes, it is alleged that Watts engaged in sexual and emotional manipulation of the teenagers. One of the boys disclosed the abuse to a neighbor.

In a probable cause affidavit, police mentioned that one of the boys had confided in a neighbor that he had been involved with Watts since June 2022, expressing romantic intentions.

After the exposure of the alleged 13-month-long relationship, the teenager involved ran away from home. He was found hiding in Watts' bedroom three weeks later on July 26, as reported by WAVY.

During the investigation, the boy's brother admitted that Watts would invite him over to smoke marijuana and would provide him with her underwear. He also claimed that Watts touched him inappropriately despite his objections.

As a result of these troubling allegations, the parents of the teenagers and Watts' husband filed protective orders against her.

Her husband's submitted documents detailed the discovery of significant amounts of cash, marijuana, and a prepaid cell phone after her arrest.

If convicted, Watts could face a potential prison sentence of up to 30 years.
