Florida Dad, Derrick Feliciano Bargman-Williams, on the Run After Allegedly Shooting Mom in Front of Kids

Tragedy struck a Florida home on Wednesday, leaving a young woman dead and two children shaken. Derrick Feliciano Bargman-Williams, 28, now faces murder charges after allegedly shooting his girlfriend, 25-year-old Jessica Frankel Singleton, during a heated argument.

Police arrived at the scene to find Singleton with gunshot wounds, both front and back, near a car. Tragically, despite being rushed to the hospital, she couldn't be saved. Adding to the heartbreak, two young children, aged 4 and 1, witnessed the ordeal, with one reportedly telling officers, "Daddy did it to mommy, and mommy is dead."

Surveillance footage obtained by police from a Ring doorbell confirmed the child's words. In the video, a little boy chases after a man, later identified as Bargman-Williams, yelling "Daddy!" repeatedly. A K-9 unit eventually tracked Bargman-Williams down after he fled the scene, leading to his arrest.

Initially, Bargman-Williams denied involvement, but eventually confessed under questioning. He admitted to being the man in the footage and confirmed the boy was his son. According to police reports, Bargman-Williams and Singleton had been arguing since the previous night, and the fight turned physical, escalating to the fatal shooting outside their home.

Bargman-Williams is currently behind bars in Broward County jail, awaiting legal representation and a potential plea. Meanwhile, authorities urge anyone experiencing domestic violence to seek help by calling the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.
