From Prison to Probation: Amazon Driver's Conviction and Return Behind Bars

Mark Pinnock Jr., previously imprisoned for trafficking a 15-year-old girl for prostitution, found employment as an Amazon delivery driver after his release. However, his freedom was short-lived as he landed back in prison, convicted of intimidating a woman who threatened to report him for exposing himself.

Pinnock, 32, admitted guilt and received a 33-month prison sentence for witness intimidation, along with three years of probation. The incident occurred when a woman reported a man exposing himself at a condominium in Brockton, Massachusetts, leading to Pinnock’s arrest.

In July 2022, Pinnock was identified as the perpetrator and faced charges of lewd behavior. His probation officer sought revocation, setting a hearing for November 2022. Prior to the decision, Pinnock intimidated a security officer at the condo, instructing them to dissuade a potential witness by posing as a state employee and threatening deportation.

Furthermore, while confined to his residence, Pinnock made attempts to have the victim deported by contacting the Department of Homeland Security, falsely implicating her in criminal activity.

Pinnock's previous imprisonment stemmed from trafficking a teenager for sex, coercing her into escort work and exposing her to multiple clients. Despite her initial confusion and feeling of having no choice, she eventually escaped and alerted authorities, leading to Pinnock’s arrest.
