A young man, 21-year-old Charles Escalera, is in police custody after the sad news of another young man, 18-year-old Josiah Kilman, being found unresponsive in his dorm room at Campbellsville University in Kentucky. This happened on Saturday.
Sadly, Josiah passed away at the hospital soon after being found. The cause of death is still being investigated.
The university took precautions to ensure everyone's safety during this time and asked all students to stay inside their dorm rooms ("shelter in place"). Thankfully, they later confirmed that the police had arrested Escalera. He was found in a barn after someone reported seeing a suspicious person there.

Escalera is suspected of being involved in Josiah's death and is currently being held in jail. It's unknown yet if he has a lawyer to speak on his behalf.
