Florida Couple Arrested for Allegedly Abducting Relative's Baby, While Posing as Amazon Delivery Staffs

A Florida couple, Marlly (33) and Chun (42), are facing serious charges for allegedly kidnapping a baby in Washington state. The shocking incident involved a disturbing plan, a brave mom, and thankfully, a safe return for the child.

According to reports, Marlly and Chun, who live all the way in Florida, traveled specifically to Washington with the intention of kidnapping a 7-month-old baby. Their plan involved tricking the mother, who was expecting a delivery.

Chun, posing as an Amazon delivery driver, knocked on the door and when the mom opened it, he attacked her. He punched her, tied her up, and even covered the mouths of her two children with tape.

The couple then placed the baby in an Amazon box, adding another layer of cruelty to their act. They threatened the mother, claiming they would harm her toddler if she didn't cooperate.

Despite their threats and the fear they instilled, the mother displayed incredible bravery. She managed to escape and immediately called the police, even though they had taken her phone.

Thanks to the mother's quick thinking and the cooperation of witnesses who provided valuable information and surveillance footage, the police were able to track down the couple and locate the stolen baby.

Thankfully, the child was unharmed and returned home safely. Marlly and Chun are currently in jail, awaiting their court hearing. Their bail has been set at $750,000 each.

While the motive behind this horrifying act remains unclear, prosecutors believe the couple targeted the family because they knew them and were aware they had young children. This case serves as a stark reminder of the importance of vigilance and the incredible strength and resilience a mother possesses to protect her children.
