Authorities have announced the arrest of Jordan Clarke, 24, on charges of first-degree strict liability in a drug-induced death, along with third-degree distribution of fentanyl and alprazolam.
The sequence of events leading to this arrest began on September 14, 2023, when the Park Ridge Police Department responded to a distressing 911 call reporting an unresponsive teenage juvenile.
