Former wrestler and politician Daniel Rodimer is facing murder charges in Las Vegas. The victim, Christopher Tapp, had just been cleared of a crime he didn't commit after spending 20 years in prison.
Tapp, who was only 20 when he was wrongly convicted of murder, finally had his life back on track. He had gotten married, bought a house, and even fought for compensation for others who had been wrongfully convicted. Sadly, his second chance was cut short.

Investigators initially thought Tapp's death was an accident, but later found evidence of foul play. Rodimer, who wrestled professionally under the name "Dan Rodimer" before entering politics, denies the charges. He had also run for Congress twice, unsuccessfully, in Nevada and Texas.
Police say Tapp was in an argument before he died. This tragic turn of events comes just months after Tapp was finally exonerated thanks to DNA evidence that pointed to his neighbor as the real killer.
The neighbor was later convicted of the crime.
