An Oklahoma couple, whose 11-year-old daughter gave birth at home last month, have been slammed with more charges after a DNA test provided a devastating result.
On August 16, the victim gave birth to a full-term baby inside the family's Muskogee home.
When authorities questioned her parents, her mother and stepfather, Cherie and Dustin Walker, claimed they had no idea the child was pregnant.
They also revealed the girl had not been seen by a doctor in over a year, as we previously reported here.

This initial claim led to their first arrest last week, with each parent facing a single count of felony child neglect.
However, the case took a drastic turn on Monday, August 26, 2025, when results from a DNA test came back.
According to NBC, the test revealed that Dustin Walker, 34, was a 99.9% match to the newborn, confirming he was the baby's father.
Following this revelation, the charges against the couple were immediately amended.
Dustin Walker is now formally accused of sexually abusing his stepdaughter, who was 11 years old at the time, between January 1 and August 16 of this year, as per NBC.
His wife, Cherie Walker, 33, was charged with enabling child sexual abuse.
"This is one of the most if not the most serious child sexual abuse and neglect cases I have ever prosecuted," said Muskogee County Assistant District Attorney Janet Hutson in a statement.
But the allegations of child neglect didn't stop with the failure to provide medical care.
Court documents detail a horrifying home environment, and the Walkers were hit with an additional six counts of felony child neglect.
One count is for failing the 11-year-old, while the other five are for their other children, aged 2, 4, 6, 7, and 9.
The documents state the children were "living in deplorable conditions," with one specific note that "The victims were found to be living in dog feces and had no clothing on."
All the children were removed from the home on Tuesday, August 27, 2025.
The couple is currently being held on a $100,000 bond each and they are scheduled to appear in court for a hearing onSeptember 3, 2025.
If convicted, the consequences are severe.
As Prosecutor Hutson stated, "Each of the charges against both defendants are punishable by up to life."
It is not yet clear if Dustin and Cherie Walker have legal representation.
