Austin Wolf: Former Adult Film Star Sentenced to 19 Years in Federal Prison for Child Exploitation Crimes
Former adult film actor, Austin Wolf, whose real name is Justin Heath Smith will spend the next 19 years in a federal prison for sexually exploiting children.
U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff handed down the sentence to the 44-year-old on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, as reported by PEOPLE. Apart from the long prison sentence, the Judge also imposed 10 years of supervised release and a $40,000 fine.

Smith had previously pleaded guilty to enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity in a Manhattan federal court hearing this past June.
“Justin Heath Smith’s crimes against children are horrible,” said U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Jay Clayton.
“He targeted kids as young as seven, and every New Yorker wants him and those like him off our streets for as long as possible and never again near our children,” he added.
Justin Smith was first arrested in April 2024 after Federal authorities raided his Manhattan apartment.
During that search, investigators made a shocking discovery: they found an SD card containing approximately 200 videos of child porn.
He was immediately arrested and charged with receiving, distributing, and possessing child pornography, as per PEOPLE.
But as the criminal investigation progressed, investigators discovered that Smith’s evil actions were far beyond the possession of child pornography
According to prosecutors, Smith repeatedly preyed on underage individuals and tried to sexually exploit them starting in 2023.
In one encounter in late 2023 or early 2024, Smith and another adult man met with a 15-year-old minor for a sexual encounter.
According to court documents, “Male-1 performed oral sex on the minor while Smith masturbated.”
In another instance, Smith engaged in multiple sexual encounters with an adult who posed as a minor, and he even filmed one of the encounters.
“Smith also had sex at least three times with an individual whom Smith believed was 15 years old, but who was in fact an adult,” as seen in the official report.
“Smith recorded one such encounter, a threesome with Male-1,” as per the report.
His attempts to entice more minors, including a 12-year-old and 14-year-old continued in early 2024.
In January, Smith and another man, referred to as “Male-2,” made plans to meet so Smith could sexually abuse a nine-year-old child that Male-2 claimed to be babysitting.
However, after Smith arrived at the building, the meeting was called off while he was waiting downstairs.
Just one month later, in February 2024, Smith made plans to meet a purported 14-year-old for sex, and he also discussed in details of the specific sex acts he wanted with the victim. Thankfully, that planned encounter also did not happen.
Further investigation uncovered that Smith had also made plans to meet with a man who offered him access to a 7-year-old child for sexual abuse.
However, Federal authorities raided his home and arrested him before that horrific encounter could take place.
During the criminal investigation, detectives discovered that Smith had distributed the child pornography he collected to at least 15 other individuals.
During the initial raid, authorities ultimately uncovered approximately 1,291 files containing child pornography.
Shockingly, around 75 of these files depicted explicit content of infants or toddlers, and some videos showed the violent rape of young children.
With this 19-year sentence, Justin Heath Smith, a.k.a Austin Wolf, now faces the consequences of his heinous crimes.
“The women and men of our Office, and our law enforcement partners, are laser focused on ridding our streets of those who sexually exploit our children. The message to predators from our Office is clear: there is no place for you in New York other than prison.” said U.S. Attorney Clayton, while emphasising the ongoing commitment to protect children.
