Osher Pittman, a 21-year-old man who is already in jail for a separate child sex crime, now faces new charges, after police say they found videos of him sexually assaulting an infant girl.
Pittman has been incarcerated since his arrest on May 28, 2025, after an 8-year-old girl reported that he molested her while her mother slept in another room.
He was charged with sexual battery on a minor and has been held without bond.
The investigation into this new case started on August 18, 2025, when detectives with the Miami Police Department received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
The tip indicated that someone had uploaded child exploitation material to Discord, a popular social media and gaming platform, as per CrimeOnline.
The digital trail led detectives directly to Pittman, so they executed a search warrant at his home on NW 19th Terrace.
The police seized his laptop and cellphone, and an initial examination revealed a cache of hundreds of illicit images. The material reportedly depicted young girls, some as young as one year old, being sexually abused, as well as content involving bestiality.

Detectives also uncovered at least four videos of Pittman allegedlly sexually assaulting an infant, and he also reportedly filmed the act himself.
The footage, which was filmed in a bedroom that resembled Pittman’s own, showed a man sexually abusing a baby girl estimated to be just two to three months old.
Detectives later located and spoke with the infant’s mother, and she told authorities that she knew Pittman and his family. She said she would often leave her daughter in the care of Pittman’s mother while she was at work. After viewing the evidence, she identified her daughter as the victim and recognized the voice on the recordings as Pittman’s.
Police have confirmed that Pittman and the infant are not related, as per Miami Herald
“The dedication of our SVU detectives in pursuing every lead has been instrumental in bringing these charges,” said Miami Police Chief Manuel Morales in a statement.
“We remain committed to protecting our community’s most vulnerable and ensuring justice for all victims,” he added.
As a result of this investigation, Osher Pittman was charged with two counts of sexual battery of a minor, two counts of molestation of a child under 12, and four counts of direct promotion of a sexual performance by a child.
He also faces 15 counts of possession of child sexual performance material and one count of engaging in sexual conduct with animals. These are in addition to the charges from the May case.
Pittman remains jailed at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. The relationship between Pittman and the 8-year-old victim from the May case has not been disclosed by authorities.
