According to the Wexford County Sheriff’s Office, Rebecca was last seen around 11:30 p.m. on Monday, November 3, at her mother’s home on S. 21 1/2 Road in Boon Township.
Her fiancé, Richard Falor reportedly, told newsmen that Rebecca walked outside that night and got into the passenger seat of a dark-colored sedan.
Falor said she told her mother, “Hold on. I got somebody to pick me up. This is just something I've got to do. I’m sorry.” After that moment, no one heard from her again, as reported by PEOPLE.
Falor stressed that her sudden silence was alarming because, in his words, “anybody that knows Becca, she don’t go nowhere without her phone.”
That phone was later found abandoned near her mother’s house on a dirt path.
With her due date set for November 18, 2025 every hour mattered, and her family appeared on local news stations begging the public to look for her. Falor told reporters, “Me, her mom and sister, we’ve all been calling the hospitals. I just want to know that she’s safe. Our son is safe.”
The Wexford County Sheriff’s office also said she was last seen in the Cadillac and Boon Township area.
On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, investigators located a body in the Manistee National Forest, and the Michigan State Police confirmed it matched the description of the missing young mother.
Officials have not released details about the condition of the body or whether remains of a newborn were also found. MSP and the Wexford County Sheriff’s Office said they will wait for the autopsy results before sharing more.
Shortly after the body was found, Rebecca’s fiancé, 43-year-old Richard Falor, was taken into custody. Records show that he was booked into the Wexford County Jail at 7:30 p.m. EST on November 25, 2025.
He is charged with two counts of delivering methamphetamine.
Because Falor is a habitual offender with prior felonies, his case carries a potential for life imprisonment, and the court set his bond at US$ 1,000,000, citing him as a serious flight risk.
According to Crimeonline, Just a few hours later—after midnight on Wednesday, November 26 —Rebecca’s 21-year-old sister, Kimberly Park, was also booked into the same jail.
Officials have not confirmed whether their arrests are directly connected to Rebecca’s death, and according to PEOPLE, the Wexford County Sheriff’s Office declined to comment further, citing the ongoing investigation.
Investigators are now waiting on autopsy results to determine Rebecca’s exact cause of death. Police have also not yet confirmed whether foul play is suspected, but the timing of the arrests has raised many questions in the community.
This case remains active, and authorities urge anyone with information to contact Wexford Central Dispatch at 231-779-9211 and ask for a Wexford County Deputy.
