Beware of Fake Doctors : Russian Woman Dies While getting a Butt Enlargement Surgery

Russian authorities are investigating the unexpected demise of a 22-year-old woman who underwent a buttock enlargement procedure conducted by an "unqualified" beautician, who happened to be her "friend."

According to reports, Mika Shabasova passed away a mere ten minutes after the administration of local anesthesia during the surgery.

An ambulance arrived too late to save her life, and the cosmetologist, Uma M, is currently under house arrest.

The beautician offered the £154 procedure despite having completed only a "two-week course" in cosmetic procedures.

She had no license for such surgeries but still attempted lip, cheek, and butt enlargements on her clients.

State investigators discovered that she had repeatedly used lidocaine, a local anesthetic, on the victim's skin during the procedure, and had inquired about any allergies beforehand.

The cause of death is yet to be determined by a forensic medical examination.

The Russian Investigative Committee is actively working to establish all the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident.

A close friend of the deceased revealed that he had advised her against undergoing the buttocks procedure, which Uma M had advertised.

Despite recent certification after completing the brief course, the beautician lacked the necessary qualifications for such cosmetic surgeries.

The victim, trusting her friend, chose to have the surgery at home.

Three days before the procedure, she had a fever and was off work.

Though her roommates tried to dissuade her, she secretly left the house, hailed a taxi, and proceeded with the surgery.

Tragically, within 15 minutes, she had passed away. Police have questioned her friends in the aftermath of the heartbreaking incident.
