A young YouTube chef, Daniel Sancho Bronchalo, who is known for his social media presence, has allegedly confessed to the shocking murder and dismemberment of his gay lover.
The sad incident happened on the famous Full Moon Party island of Koh Pha Ngan in Thailand.
The victim, Colombian plastic surgeon Edwin Arrieta Arteaga, aged 44, was found dead, with his hips and thighs among his body parts discovered by locals at a rubbish dump on August 3.
Sancho, aged 29 and also the son of Spanish actor Rodolfo Sancho Aguirre and actress Silvia Bronchalo, had recently visited Thailand as a tourist, arriving on July 31.
Local police have stated that he admitted to killing Mr. Arrieta during a heated argument over 'sex and money.'
Shockingly, it is alleged that the young chef cut the body into 14 pieces before disposing of them in various locations around the island and then filing a false missing persons report.
The two were involved a year-long relationship and they were on the island together to attend a party.
Recent photos show Sancho in the company of police, leading them on a walk of the island, where he reportedly directed them to the beach spot where he used to kayak to dispose of other body parts.
Subsequently, police divers recovered the victim's head and hands.

Currently, Sancho is under custody and is being closely monitored on suicide watch as he awaits his court appearance in Thailand on Monday.
Police Lieutenant General Surapong Thanomjit stated that the young chef would be charged with 'premeditated murder and secretly moving or destroying a corpse to conceal a death or the cause of death.'
The police chief of Koh Pha Ngan, Panya Niratimanon, confirmed that Sancho had admitted to the crime, and the investigation is ongoing.
The relationship between the victim and the suspect, who knew each other even before coming to Thailand, has raised questions about the motive behind the murder.
Koh Pha Ngan, renowned for its pristine sandy beaches and vibrant Full Moon parties, has experienced tragedies in the past.
In 2014, the nearby tourist island of Koh Tao was shaken by the double murder of two young British backpackers.
Although two Burmese nationals are serving life sentences for the crime, rights groups have accused Thai authorities of using them as scapegoats.
The recent incident on Koh Pha Ngan has once again brought attention to safety concerns on such popular tourist destinations.
