Suspect, Daniel James Walter aka Edward Patrick Davies Arrested in The Tragic Killing of The Mother of Marty York, The Actor Known For His Role in 'Sandlot'

In California, a man has been taken into custody in connection with the tragic death of Deanna Esmaeel, a respected deputy from Del Norte County Sheriff's Office. 

Deanna was not only known for her role in the community but was also the mother of Marty York, recognized for his appearances in popular shows such as The Sandlot and Boys Meets World. Specific details regarding the incident have not yet been revealed.

The recent arrest was made public by the Del Norte County Sheriff's Office, indicating that the apprehended individual is Daniel James Walter, who also goes by the name Edward Patrick Davies. 

The Sheriff's Office, expressing deep sorrow, conveyed their condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Deputy Esmaeel through a statement provided to TMZ following the tragic occurrence in Crescent City on Thursday. 

Prior to the apprehension of Walter, Marty York took to Instagram to share the devastating news of his mother's passing and requested the community's assistance in bringing her alleged perpetrator to justice.
