London Nightclub Assault: Chris Brown Faces Legal Battle Over Alleged Attack

A man named Abe Diaw has filed a lawsuit against singer Chris Brown, accusing him of assaulting him at a London nightclub and causing severe injuries that required hospitalization.

As per the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Diaw alleges that Chris Brown used a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila as a weapon, striking him on the head with forceful blows during an incident in February at the TAPE nightclub in England.

Diaw states that he was rendered unconscious by the attack, but Chris Brown allegedly continued to stomp on him while he lay defenseless on the club floor.

According to Diaw, his injuries from the assault include head lacerations and torn ligaments in his leg, which necessitated hospital treatment.

The lawsuit claims the existence of surveillance footage capturing the entire incident, with the London police reportedly possessing the video.

Diaw insists that he can identify Chris Brown in the footage and alleges that the singer is considered a fugitive in the United Kingdom due to the purported incident.

Diaw asserts that he has known Chris for seven years and initially thought Chris was approaching him for a friendly hug at the club. However, instead, Chris allegedly struck him thrice with the tequila bottle.

Diaw emphasizes the potential permanency of his injuries and the profound emotional distress and trauma he is enduring, leading to his decision to sue Chris Brown for damages.
