In Montgomery County, an ExxonMobil worker found himself in legal trouble when he was apprehended on a sexual assault charge. David Scott, aged 29, faced the accusation of sexual assault, a second-degree felony.
The arrest took place at the La Quinta Inn & Suites, situated at 6930 FM 1488, on October 5, as per records from the Montgomery County jail.
David Scott holds the position of Senior Vice President of Upstream Unconventional within ExxonMobil's Permian Business Unit. He assumed this role in April 2020.
Subsequently, his bail was established at $30,000, and he has since posted bond, according to available records.
