In Mustang, a local man finds himself in legal trouble as he faces three charges of rape following an unsettling incident reported by a woman during a house-cleaning session. Teddy Allen Parker, 48, a regular user of cleaning services, had a different cleaner than usual attend to his home on the day of the alleged assault.
The new housekeeper disclosed to authorities that Parker initiated inappropriate contact by touching her knee while she performed kitchen cleaning duties. Disturbingly, he proceeded to take pictures of her U.S. residency documents, such as a visa, using her phone, causing her distress over potential deportation.
The situation escalated when, during the cleaning of the master bathroom, Parker allegedly locked doors, including the one to the room she was in, and subjected the woman to undressing and assault. After the ordeal, Parker left the residence, leaving the victim to complete the cleaning before seeking medical attention.
Following the incident, the woman received text messages from Parker, the content of which remains undisclosed. A subsequent SANE exam revealed evidence of assault, including semen, scratches, and bruises.
Teddy Allen Parker now faces serious charges, including two counts of Rape in the First Degree and one count of Rape by Instrumentation. His bond, initially set at $200,000, has been posted.
