Teenager Faces Charges After Shooting in Lancaster Apartment Building

Eighteen-year-old Bryan Williams from Lancaster is facing serious charges after police say he shot at people inside an apartment building last week.

On February 20th, at 10:12 PM, police rushed to the scene after hearing reports of gunshots in the building.

They found three people who said they were standing on the first floor when a stranger wearing a gray hoodie and carrying a bag suddenly appeared. This man pulled out a black gun and fired two shots down the stairs toward them, thankfully without hurting anyone.

Security cameras captured the entire incident, showing the suspect arriving and leaving in a white Nissan. Police eventually identified the suspect as Bryan Williams, who had been stopped driving a similar Nissan in September.

Turns out, Williams isn't allowed to have a gun because of a previous issue and doesn't live in the building or have a permit to carry one.

Williams is now in jail and has to pay a whopping $75,000 if he wants to get out before his court case.
