The Second Brother of the Suspect in Laken Riley's Murder was Deported Twice Before Finding a Home in Georgia

Jose Ibarra, an illegal immigrant, along with his brothers Diego and Argenis, found themselves in the midst of a horrifying situation involving the murder of a young nursing student, Laken Riley.
