Texas Couple, Hana Ahmad Alolaimi and Omar Mahmoud Bishtawi Charged in Plot to Murder Affair Partner

A Texas couple has been arrested and charged for attempting to kidnap and murder a man involved in an affair with the wife.

The victim, who has chosen to remain anonymous due to concerns for his safety, was shot twice.

However, he is now recovering, according to a report from KHOU.

Hana Ahmad Alolaimi, 35, and Omar Mahmoud Bishtawi, 48, face charges of aggravated assault and attempted kidnapping.

Court records reveal that Alolaimi had been having an extramarital relationship with the victim.

When the victim's wife discovered the affair, he ended it.

However, Alolaimi and Bishtawi then allegedly conspired to kidnap and kill him.

The incident occurred when the victim entered a Chick-fil-A.

Alolaimi parked her car beside his, and when he came out, she motioned for him to come over.

Despite the victim’s refusal to leave with her, Alolaimi attempted to drive away with him.

Bishtawi, who had been hiding under a curtain in the back seat, ambushed the victim.

He held him at gunpoint and put him in a chokehold.

As the victim struggled to escape, Bishtawi shot him twice.

This included a shot to the thigh that could have been fatal if not for timely medical intervention.

Investigators noted that Alolaimi and Bishtawi gave conflicting statements, raising concerns for the victim's future safety.

According to court documents, the victim had ended the affair three months earlier, describing it as toxic.

However, Alolaimi continued to harass him, even showing up at his new apartment.

In an interview with KHOU, the victim recalled that after the kidnapping, Bishtawi told him he had to die because he had "dishonored" his wife.
