Caught on Camera: New Video Exposes the Shocking Reasons Behind Dr. David Diffine’s Suspension by the Arkansas Medical Board

Dr. David Diffine, a physician from northeast Arkansas, is under scrutiny following the release of explicit security camera footage that led to the suspension of his medical license. 

The disturbing video shows shocking instances of misconduct in his clinic, bringing serious attention to patient safety concerns and violations of ethical standards in the medical field.

The case began when the Arkansas State Medical Board received a formal complaint on July 17, 2024. 

The complaint included multiple video files showing Dr. David Diffine engaging in sexual acts with a staff member in his Blytheville clinic while other employees were present. 

The footage also captured him walking naked through clinic hallways during business hours, including areas where patients were present. 

These actions are alleged to have occurred at his Diffine Family Practice clinic and were described as an abuse of his position of authority.  

 

According to board documents, the misconduct extended beyond physical actions. 

Dr. Diffine reportedly used his influence, salary increases, and professional power to manipulate both staff and patients into inappropriate behaviors. 

This pattern of behavior led one expert to suggest that Dr. Diffine might suffer from a compulsive sexual disorder, further heightening concerns about his ability to practice medicine responsibly.  

When questioned about the video evidence, Dr. David Diffine denied any knowledge of the incidents, stating he would need to review the footage to comment. 

His refusal to cooperate with the investigation and the explicit nature of the videos prompted the board to issue an emergency order of suspension, citing an immediate danger to the public if he were to continue practicing.

This is not the first time Dr. David Diffine has faced professional scrutiny. 

In 2017, the state medical board briefly suspended his license due to allegations of overprescribing excessive amounts of medication to patients. 

However, the charges were later dropped when no evidence was found to support the claims.

Earlier in 2024, he came under investigation for sharing nude photos of himself on his Instagram account which he captioned "naked Doctor Dave". 

While he defended these posts as promoting body positivity within the naturist community, the board raised questions about his judgment and professionalism.  

The board has scheduled a hearing on December 6, 2024, to determine whether Dr. David Diffine violated the Medical Practices Act and board regulations. 

If found guilty, he could face permanent revocation of his license. 

This scandal has sent shockwaves through the local community and beyond, with many questioning how such behavior went unchecked for so long. 

As the hearing date approaches, the focus remains on holding Dr. David Diffine accountable for his actions and ensuring that measures are in place to protect future patients from similar abuses.
