Henry Harris: Father Arrested for Allegedly Hiring Man to Sexually Abuse His 13-Year-Old Son in Charlotte

In a shocking case out of Charlotte, North Carolina, a father haa been accused of hiring a man to sexually abuse his own teenage son.  

On June 17, 2025, Henry Harris, 36, was arrested and charged with child abuse, statutory sex offense, and child abuse prostitution. 

Just days earlier, on June 12, 2025, Khalil Nixon, 28, was also taken into custody and faces charges of statutory sex offense with a child and indecent liberties with a child.  

According to court documents seen by Charlotte News Alert, Harris allegedly hired someone online in April 2025, expecting a woman to show up at his home.

Instead, Nixon arrived wearing a wig and engaged in sexual acts with both Harris and his 13-year-old son.

Prosecutors claim that Harris was the one who forced his son to engage in sexual acts with Nixon. 

Court records state that Nixon performed oral sex and had intercourse with both Harris and the teenager.  

The disturbing crime came to light after the teenage victim bravely spoke up and reported to authorities what had happened. 

The boy was forensically interviewed at Pat’s Place Child Advocacy Center, a facility dedicated to helping young abuse survivors.  

Both Harris and Nixon remain in custody, with bail denied due to the severity of the charges.
