Police are investigating the suspected murders of two women and are seeking the public's help to find the body of the second victim.
Fiona Holm, 48 years old, was reported missing by her family on June 29.
Officers believe she may have been killed up to nine days before her disappearance and was last seen on CCTV on the evening of June 20, after meeting with friends.
In the released footage, Fiona can be seen walking alone on Verdant Lane in Catford, south-east London, wearing a green top and dark leggings.
Police had previously released another video showing her in an off-licence car earlier the same evening.
Detective Chief Inspector Kate Blackburn made a heartfelt appeal to the public, expressing the family's distress and need for answers.
She urged anyone with information about Fiona's whereabouts on the day she went missing or any details about her life to come forward.
Fiona was known for being friendly and engaging with local people in the Lewisham/Blackheath area.
The police are particularly interested in speaking with anyone who saw or spoke to her from mid to late June.
If you have any relevant doorbell or dash-cam footage from the Verdant Lane area on June 20, please share it with the authorities.
Fiona Holm was a mother and came from a large family who had made appeals on Facebook before formally reporting her missing.
Police have connected her case to that of Naomi Hunte, who was found fatally stabbed in her home in Woolwich on February 14 last year.
A construction worker named Carl Cooper, who had been in relationships with both victims, has been charged with their murders and will face trial next year at the Old Bailey.
