Revelations in Delphi Murders Case: Defense Claims The Murders Of Liberty "Libby" German, and Abigail Williams, Were Ritualistic Sacrifice by Cult

In a shocking twist to the Delphi murders case, the defense team of Richard Allen, the suspect accused of killing two teenage girls, has put forth a startling theory.

They claim that the deaths of Liberty "Libby" German, 14, and Abigail Williams, 13, were part of a ritualistic sacrifice conducted by members of a pagan cult.

Richard Allen, a 50-year-old father and CVS employee, was arrested in October 2022 for the murders that occurred on February 14, 2017.

The girls had gone missing from a popular trail in Delphi, Indiana, the day before, only to be found dead in the woods. Allen's defense attorneys, Andrew Baldwin and Bradley Rozzi, have filed a 136-page memorandum in support of a Franks hearing, challenging the validity of a search warrant.

The memorandum presents a startling narrative, alleging that a pagan Norse religion called Odinism, which had been infiltrated by white nationalists, was responsible for the ritualistic sacrifice of Abigail Williams and Liberty German.

Allen's defense claims that substantial evidence backs their theory, sourced from discovery materials provided by the prosecution. They argue that this evidence, found on multiple hard drives and flash drives, supports their claims and is not merely baseless accusations.

The memorandum also points out that Allen had allegedly confessed to the crimes in recorded jailhouse calls, but the defense contends that these confessions were coerced.

In addition to the cult accusations, Allen's defense names five Indiana men as potential suspects in the Delphi murders. They provide various reasons, such as social media posts and alleged admissions, to implicate these men in the case.

Furthermore, Allen's attorneys assert that he has faced threats and intimidation from Odinist followers while in jail. They claim that some of these followers are employed as corrections officers, making Allen's time in prison challenging.

The memorandum delves into previously undisclosed details about the crime scene, describing disturbing signs of a ritualistic sacrifice. The attorneys argue that Libby's body was found with tree branches intentionally arranged around it, while Abby was dressed in Libby's clothing after her murder.

The prosecution, on the other hand, believes that a firearm and a knife were used in the murders and that the evidence points to Richard Allen as the prime suspect.

The case's outcome hinges on whether the judge will find that law enforcement misled the court to obtain a search warrant.

These shocking developments have sparked intense debate among internet sleuths who have been following the case closely. The defense's claims have added a new layer of complexity to an already perplexing case.
