Two Michigan men have been convicted of first-degree murder and other serious offenses for the 2022 killing of a jeweler.
Shockingly, one of the convicts, the victim’s attorney, had written himself into the jeweler’s will before orchestrating the murder.
Daniel "Hutch" Hutchinson, 47, was tragically shot dead on June 1, 2022, in Oak Park, Michigan.
The mastermind behind this heinous plot was Hutchinson’s attorney, Marco Bisbikis, who conspired with his accomplice, Roy Larry.
According to Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald, Bisbikis devised the plan, while Larry carried out the fatal shooting, as reported by FOX 2 Detroit.
The criminal plot involved a larger group, including Darnell Larry and Angelo Raptoplous, who both pleaded guilty to solicitation to commit murder.
These two testified against Bisbikis and Roy Larry during the trial, helping to expose the full extent of the conspiracy, as reported by The Detroit News and FOX 2 Detroit.

She testified during the intense eight-day trial, revealing crucial details about the plot.
Assistant Prosecutor John Skrzynski disclosed that Bisbikis had appointed himself as a trustee in the Hutchinsons’ trust before ordering the hit.
This underhanded move was made without the couple's knowledge, ensuring Bisbikis would gain control of their assets upon their deaths.
Darnell Larry, who initially accepted the contract from Bisbikis, passed the task to his cousin Roy, according to FOX 2 Detroit.
Marisa Hutchinson testified that millions of dollars, which Daniel Hutchinson had not reported to the IRS, were being kept by Bisbikis.
In a cruel twist, after the murder, Bisbikis continued to contact Marisa, pretending to assist her in finding her husband’s killer while simultaneously providing her with financial advice.
This deceitful behavior added another layer of betrayal to the already grievous crime.
Ultimately, both Bisbikis and Larry were found guilty of first-degree premeditated murder, conspiracy to commit premeditated murder, assault, and firearm-related charges.
They are currently awaiting sentencing.
