A 29-year-old mother from Hialeah, Florida, is facing felony charges for child neglect and abuse.
Tasshay Chelsea Mills, the mother in question, reportedly pushed her 1-year-old daughter out of a moving car.
According to reports, Tasshay Mills was angry after she noticied spilled shampoo in the back seat of her car.
Out of annoyance, she allegedly pushed her daughter out of the moving vehicle.

The Incident: From 'Spilled Shampoo' to Shocking Child Endangerment
The sad incident occurred on the night of September 5, 2024.
Tasshay Mills was driving her 2016 Chevrolet Malibu with her young child and another woman.
While in the car, she noticed the spilled shampoo.
What should have been a minor issue reportedly made Tasshay Mills very upset.
This led her to allegedly strike her 1-year-old and push the child out of the moving vehicle.
Nearby witnesses were horrified by what they saw.
A couple driving behind Tasshay Mills' car noticed the 1-year-old lying in the road, bleeding from her head.
The couple immediately leaped into action, pulled the child out of harm's way and called 911 for help.

One of the witnesses shared her account of the terrifying moment she saw the baby on the highway.
“I was more in shock than anything,” she said, visibly shaken by the memory.
The woman, who is also a mother, said that she and her boyfriend were in a car directly behind Mills when they saw the toddler fall out of the vehicle.
“She was bleeding from her head, and we just couldn’t believe what we were seeing,” the witness added.
After the incident, Tasshay Mills allegedly drove away.
Few minutes later, she made a U-turn and returned back to where she left her daughter.
Ring doorbell footage captured the moment Tasshay Mills approached the witness holding her daughter.
She then snatched the injured child from the witness's arms and left like nothing happened.
Following the harrowing encounter, officers from the Miramar Police Department located and arrested Tasshay Mills.
When she was questioned, Tasshay Mills denied the allegations that she had pushed her daughter out of the car.
Instead, she claimed that she had only “removed” the child to clean the back seat.
However, this explanation did not clarify the events of the night.
This is not Tasshay Mills’ first encounter with the law.
A review of court records reveals a troubling history of legal troubles.
This includes theft, assault, and probation violations.
Now, she faces her most serious charges which is child abuse and neglect.
These new charges have led to a court order instructing her to stay away from her daughter.
Following her arrest, Tasshay Mills was released on a $7,500 bond.
However, she is prohibited from any contact with her child as her case progresses through the Miami-Dade County court system.
She is scheduled for arraignment at 9 a.m. on October 10.
