AKA's Murder Case Update : Police Discover Weapon Linked to AKA's Tragic Murder

Police have successfully located the weapon responsible for the tragic killing of the renowned rapper Kiernan Forbes, widely recognized as AKA.

This significant breakthrough was officially announced by KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner, Lieutenant General Nhlanhla Mkwanazi during a press briefing at the Durban Central Police Station, hosted by the inter-ministerial committee on political killings.

At the briefing, Lieutenant General Mkwanazi declared, "We have identified at least one firearm that was used and conclusively linked to the shooting death of Mr. Forbes."

Furthermore, Mkwanazi disclosed that the investigation had also uncovered crucial information regarding the vehicles employed during and after the murder. Discussions were underway with the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to definitively identify certain suspects involved in the case.

In addition to these developments, the police were meticulously examining vast volumes of data, including extensive call records among potential suspects.
