On August 17, 2024, the Clovis Police Department got a tip from Colorado Ped Patrol — a group that works to catch online predators.

They told police that Harper had been chatting with a fake Facebook account they created to look like a 13-year-old girl named “Molly.”

Over two weeks, Harper engaged in sexually explicit conversations with "Molly", according to official reports.

He even shared disturbing and explicit photos—including images and videos of himself having sex with one of his dogs.

When officers showed up at Harper’s home, he admitted to the conversations and confirmed he sent the chilling images — as shown in this body cam video from Law & Crime

He claimed he thought "Molly" was 14 years old, even though that's still under the legal age.

Even more disturbing, Harper confessed to having sexual intercourse with his dog and possessing child pornography on his phone.

Police searched his devices and experts confirmed the shocking evidence, which led to criminal charges against him.
