Tembisa Heist Video: Gauteng Police Launch Manhunt For Suspects Who Bombed A Cash-In-Transit Vehicle During a Robbery in Tembisa
In Tembisa, Gauteng, a dramatic cash-in-transit heist unfolded as seven suspects launched an attack on a G4S vehicle, leaving authorities in pursuit of the culprits.
The incident occurred on Montjane Street in Liliba Section, Tembisa, when a white Mercedes Benz C-Class intentionally collided with the cash van from the rear right side.
As per initial reports, the seven suspects, heavily armed, opened fire on the scene and forcibly removed the G4S guards from the vehicle before executing a bomb attack on the van.
Fortunately, there were no reported injuries during this harrowing event.
Following the explosive heist, the suspects absconded in a white single-cab Ford Ranger bearing a Limpopo registration. In the chaos, one of the G4S guards had their 9mm pistol stolen.
